Heading into the homestretch of 2019 and preparing for a breakout year in 2020, we are thrilled to announce some new additions to our professional service team, as well as an office move into a bigger space.

Nicole Matto, Tax Accountant – New Hire
Nicole joined our office last week, with the position of Full-Time Tax Accountant. She has 2 years of tax and accounting experience, and is currently pursuing her Master’s Degree in Professional Accounting, which would allow her to take the CPA exam next year. In our office, Nicole will focus on year-round clients that have both bookkeeping and quarterly tax calculation needs. She’ll also specialize in working with real estate investors and rental property owners, as she has additional expertise in that area. In tax season, she will be our go-to tax return preparer for individual Form 1040 tax returns, the same role she had at her previous CPA firm. Please join me in welcoming Nicole to the firm!
Alma Cordero, Staff Accountant – New Hire
Alma joined our office this week, with the position of Full-Time Staff Accountant. She has 6 years of accounting and basic tax return preparation experience, and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting. She plans to become an IRS Enrolled Agent in the near future. In our office, Alma will focus on several bookkeeping accounts and Quickbooks projects, as well as provide tax support during the busy tax season. Please join me in welcoming Alma to the firm!
Our Office Has Moved! (But Only About 20 Feet)
We moved our office to the office suite next to our old space, so we are still located on the 9th Floor of 2 Corporate Drive in Shelton. Even our Suite #948 remains the same. We’ve been eyeing our neighbors’ space for a while now, and we were ready to jump on it once the space opened up. We now have a lot more room to support additional growth. We’re now just one door down from where we used to be. Please stop by and visit anytime!
